Types of wooden windows

Since ancient times, wooden windows have personified comfort, health, style. Nothing has changed now, because the windows from wood give the room living beauty and comfort, positively affect the health and mood of the whole family. The choice of windows cannot be conscious without familiarization with the characteristics of the wood from which they are made. For wooden aircraft, the frames are usually made of pine, nut or oak, beech or red tree. The last material (it is also called the Mahagon in another way) can be called one of the most popular, since it is easily processed and does not give shrinkage over time. Pine – A more economical option. On it you can completely make a coating under a beech or a nut.

To avoid the effects of beetles, sun or corrosion, wood is impregnated with special protective means. Today, three groups of wooden windows can be distinguished, depending on the place and the specifics of their production. 1. Foreign windows. They are imported mainly from Germany, Italy, Sweden, Finland and other countries. Their main differences: excellent quality and high price. 2. Windows produced in Russia, but on the basis of foreign technologies and with the involvement of imported equipment. The quality of such goods is also quite high, but the price is less than produced abroad. 3. Windows of completely domestic production. Are made using only domestic production lines. Since Russian equipment and technologies are significantly outdated, the quality of the products is very behind, but the price is slightly reduced.
