What technique to use when painting the ceiling

The brush pressure is largely responsible for how much the surface of the ceiling is flat. If you press the brush weakly, then the paint will lie on the ceiling surface in the form of narrow strips, and the layer will turn out thick and ugly, the formation of passes is not excluded. If the pressure is too strong, then the paint can drain, the smudges will form, and the paint layer itself will be thin, easily shaken. So it is better to use a slight pressure on the brush, increase it only as the paint is spent, and use thoroughly shading.

In order to avoid draining the paint on the brush, you can make a roller using fabric or foam rubber, and attach it on the handle. Periodically, you need to squeeze the paint on the edge of the dishes to avoid draining on the floor. The brush should be perpendicular to the surface, or make a small angle with it. The waves must be done evenly, so that uniform wide strips are obtained, which you then carefully grow. If the strokes of the paint are crossed at right angles, then the surface will be more smooth. If you take a break, then you need to store a brush in water, you can also use a diluent or a bucket of paint.
